Welcome amenities. Daily housekeeping. Laundry. Maintenance, and a guard stationed at the gate from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Concierge support from Maison R&V, at any hour.
A 50% deposit confirms the reservation, with the balance due no later than 30 days before arrival. Festive-season bookings are paid in full at confirmation.
Payment by bank transfer (Costa Rican or French account), by credit-card link (4% processing), or by PayPal (6% processing).
A $2,000 security deposit is taken on arrival and returned on departure.
Any cancellation within 24 hours of booking is refunded in full.
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival are refundable according to the conditions set at the time of booking.
Cancellations inside 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Maximum eight guests at Stealing Time; fourteen with the secondary residence. Children under 10 are not accommodated at Stealing Time, and are welcome in the secondary residence. Small dogs by prior arrangement. No smoking inside the buildings. Quiet from 10 p.m.
