The Accommodations

The Apartment
You're surrounded by Almond and Teak in this warm and inviting space with two sets of double doors that open to
the wrap around patio,
giving it a treehouse feel.
It's modern and bright while embracing the Costa Rican spirit of the original build.
The lights are dimmable,
because those details matter.

The Upper Deck
The ten foot umbrella will keep you shaded as you lounge on the deck chairs or sit on the top steps of the pool, and the terrazzo floors will keep your feet cool while you move between the two. The table seats eight comfortably
should you want to
entertain guests during your stay.
A yoga class followed by lunch perhaps.

The Rooftop
The 360º vista from this
1,200 sq. ft. space
takes your breath away.
You can see
Esterillos' La Sirena
mermaid statue, Quepos,
and the mountains.
The strong ocean breezes will cool you,
even the warmest days.
If the breezes don't,
four turbo ceiling fans will.

The Lower Deck
Under the pool, there's a sheltered hangout with hammocks and a waterfall.
The ocean view through the trees makes you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere.
It's cool and sheltered from the midday sun, and a great place to watch a thunder storm if you're here during our rainy season.

The Gym
We have a bench and a selection of weights, including kettle bells and adjustable dumbbells. There are resistance straps, a TRX suspension trainer, and exercise and Bosu balls. If you're more into yoga,
we've got mats, straps and blocks.
And a HomePod with AppleMusic
for your tunes.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped .
There's a powerful blender, built in induction burners, with a 13pc set of pans, Cuisinart professional knives, a French press, espresso maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, rice cooker,
a Breville Micro/Convection/Airfryer, and everything we anticipate you'll need.
If there's anything we missed, let us know we'll try to accommodate.

The Saltwater Pool
The infinity edge blends seamlessly into the ocean, making this possibly
the most Instagram-able pool in the galaxy.
It also overlooks the lower area of the property, so it's private, quiet and relaxing.
Did i mention private?

The Bedroom
The king bed is firm, the sheets are high thread count cotton and the four king pillows are faux down. Sleep with the apartment open to the ocean breezes with the overhead turbo fan, or close everything up and put on the AC for a cool, cozy sleep.

The Workspace
There's a desk on the roof that's light and portable, so you can move it around.
Watch the waves or turn it to make your friends on Zoom jealous.
If you work as an astronomer,
we've got that covered too.

The Butterfly Garden
We selected flowering plants to attract hummingbirds and butterflies.
The macaws and parrots by fly closely by
since you're in the treetops.
This is also the best place to take in sunrise and sunset, from one of the
highest lookouts in this region.

The Cozy Corner
In every great home
there's a cozy place
to read and enjoy a cup
of Costa Rica's rich coffee.
You see the pool from here,
so maybe it's not that private.

The Greenhouse
This is my pet project, but I've never had a particularly green thumb.
If you'd like to come and have a look, give me pointers, or plant something for you to harvest when you return,
more than you're welcome.
Yes, of course you're going to return.
